Gong fragrance notes: Lime, bergamot, blueberry, galangal, ginger, violet, daikon radish, green pepper, musk, amber, sandalwood, leather.
Gong is a perfume of cooling fruit and vegetable notes and accords against a backdrop of sandalwood and leather. Additionally, Gong widened to become a music project to accompany the perfume, which was released as a vinyl LP and is also available on streaming services including Spotify and Apple Music. It features original music by perfumer John Biebel, a number of which include performances with Chinese gongs.
Gong’s daikon radish accord was included in the Art and Olfaction exhibit Secret Formulas in 2023.
